I'm inviting you to embark on a journey of inner spiritual alchemy! As a certified spiritual mentor, I offer a 20-minute complimentary exploratory call to discuss what the mentorship program consists of, and it provides an opportunity for you to see if my mentorship offerings and teaching style aligns with you. If you’re ready, we’ll connect weekly for an hour to delve into the spiritual layers of the heart, initiate shreem (heart-based) meditation practices, integrate techniques for inner growth, self-care and healing with ayurvedic insights, and guidance from your vedic astrological birth chart. Spiritual mentorship includes an initial Ayurveda assessment to determine your doshic body constitution and imbalances, as well as a one hour vedic astrology reading.
