At Timeless Hridaya, you can find individualized spiritual mentorship, heart-based meditation training, Vedic astrology readings / guidance, Vedic wellness coaching as well as compassionate Doula support through fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and end-of-life transition.

My holistic approach weaves years of clinical training and experience in nursing with Ayurveda and Jyotish (the ancient spiritual knowledge and wisdom of India), providing you guidance through every sacred transition with grace, patience and love.
